One can say that they are the heart of the cynophilie since, under the control of the S.C.C., they have the load of the destiny of the breeds. After a training course of two years during which its leaders must prove reliable (in the contrary case, the probatory period is prolonged), the young club is affiliated with the S.C.C.
The cynophilie is not dissociated from the whole of the associative
world; thus there are sometimes divergent opinions and wars for the
seizure of power! A certain dissidence can be born but the creation
of other clubs dealing with the same breeds is dedicated to the failure
because the aforementioned clubs will never be recognized by the S.C.C.
which, in addition, will slow down the possible members in their
prohibiting the access of the shows.
